“I am fortunate to have taught in the public school system for over 28 years. I spent most of my career teaching Art in all its forms, including drawing, painting, photography, ceramics and sculpture at the Secondary level in District 43. During my teaching career, I supervised yearbook, ran clubs, organized student displays and created mural projects with hundreds of students. In the community, I have run chalk painting workshops, been a visiting artist in clay at Connaught Heights elementary, led summer drawing sessions at the New Westminster Quay, and created mural tiles installed at Hume Park.

Update: I am happy to report that I am now working part time as a teacher on call in New Westminster School District while I continue to maintain my active studio practice.
